Majority of States have government podcasters

As you might have seen from Twitter , I’ve undertaken a major update of a government podcasts directory at http://freegovinfo.info/node/174.
I thought you all might be interested in knowing that a majority of states (27) in the United States have a least one government agency podcasting. I wonder how that proportion (54%) of podcasting states compares [...]

Tivo the Crack of the 2000s?

Is TiVO the crack of the 21st Century? For a yes answer, read Damn Shel Holtz to hell!
I don’t have Tivo, but I think NetFlix and a large DVD library come close. Or Twitter.

So what could I do but establish an account of my own?
A few features that I found really nice:

It plays [...]

Need an Appointment? Start a fire!

Recently, I came across this reading in 2 Samuel 14:29-32 that offered effective advice on getting to see people who won’t give you the time of day:
=========================Absalom lived in Jerusalem for two years without appearing before the king. Then he summoned Joab to send him to the king, but Joab would not come to him. [...]

Will MySpacers Suffer the Martyrdom of Stephen?

No, not the man in the Book of Acts. Stephen Abrams, SirsiDynix Exec, blogger and overall tech guru recently wrote a troubling entry of how he was booted off MySpace. He relates how his account was terminated by a form letter that stated he was being thrown off MySpace for a number of possible reasons, [...]

They are a welcome sight!

Iraq lacks maritime boundary with Iran - CIA

I was happy to read that Iran had freed the British sailors it had captured. I know there’s been talk of how Iran “knew” that the Brits had been in Iraqi waters but took them anyway.
Like much else in the Middle East, the truth is a little murkier. Even the CIA admits there is no [...]
