The other day I ran across a blog by a woman who describes herself as an older student at the University of Alaska Southeast here in Juneau.
The blog is a mix of meditations on life here in Alaska, some ecology and some really stunning photographs. I don’t see a usage statement on the photos from her blog, but here are links to what I think are some of her most lovely:
Interestingly, the first entry for this blog indicates it was the result of a school assignment. I think all of us who love Alaska owe the teacher who handed out this assignment a debt of gratitude.
