Gulls and empty blog

Since I let Sunday slide by without a photo set, I wanted to introduce another photo set before the week ended. This is my set of seagull photographs. This picture here is probably the most interesting of my nine gull photographs. This bird is sitting atop thousands of spawning salmon. So many salmon that the water is churning.

Otherwise, the pictures aren’t that interesting. Gulls don’t do much for me in part because I usually photograph them from my balcony. They’re far away in flocks and so my photos look like scenary with white dots. But the pictures are still pretty. If you’ve got interest seagull photographs, drop me a comment.

This picture is probably the last thing you’ll find at Alaskan Librarian this week. I won’t have time here because some colleagues and I are busy trying to frame a dicussion on the distribution of digital government documents to libraries. It’s a discussion me and many librarians have been trying to have on an official level for years. Come and see what the fuss is about!
